  • Customized or made-to-order furniture may require additional production time.

  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation notification.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery timelines vary based on product type and delivery location.

  • Ready products are typically delivered within 5–10 business days.

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture may take 2–4 weeks depending on design and production requirements.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • In some locations, additional handling or remote area delivery charges may apply.

  • Any additional charges will be communicated before dispatch.


4. Delivery Process

  • Furniture deliveries may require coordination with the customer.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

  • Large furniture items may require adequate entry space, lift access, or stair access.

Namariq Furnitures is not responsible if the product cannot be delivered due to insufficient space or access issues at the customer’s location.


5. Inspection at the Time of Delivery

Customers are required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery.

  • If the product appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Complaints can be registered by calling customer support or emailing namariqfurnitures@gmail.com.

  • Failure to report within 24 hours may result in rejection of the claim.


6. Installation

  • Installation (if applicable) will be scheduled based on product type and availability.

  • Customers must provide a safe and suitable environment for installation.

  • Any modification or self-installation may void applicable service support.


7. Delays & Force Majeure

Namariq Furnitures shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Government restrictions

  • Transport strikes

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control


8. Undelivered or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or access restrictions:

  • Re-delivery charges may apply.

  • The order may be cancelled at our discretion after repeated failed attempts.


9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping timelines and charges may vary. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
